Welcome to the Britton Deerfield Athletic Booster Club! Recognizing the important role that both academics and athletics play in a student’s high school career, the Britton Deerfield Athletic Booster Club works diligently and enthusiastically to advance and support the endeavors of our student athletes so they may become responsible, well-rounded leaders of tomorrow. We thank you for the support of this organization, and encourage all families to play a part in educational athletics!
Our Mission: To support all student athletes in Britton Deerfield Schools through fund raising, promotion of school sponsored activities, and positive school spirit.
Past Booster’s Expenditures: Football uniforms, middle school girls’ basketball uniforms, varsity girls basketball uniforms, game balls, Hudl (game film) for football and both basketball programs, batting cage, track hurdles and poles, equipment for softball and baseball, and so much more!
About the Boosters
The Athletic Booster Club meets each month. The in-person meetings are located in the Britton Deerfield High School Library. All meetings are held on the second Sunday of the month at 6:00 p.m.

Membership
If you are the Parent or Legal Guardian of any child participating in youth programs, middle school programs or high school programs, are an alumni of Britton, Deerfield, or BD—you are a Booster Member! Our goal is to include all parents in the organization. Each child means so much to our athletic program and everyone is welcome to attend these public meetings.

The athletic schedule for the school year is tentative. Athletic schedules are subject to change throughout each season. Our BD Athletic Director does a wonderful job keeping our athletes going each season—year after year! A huge thank you to Erik Johnson for his time, talents, and efforts in making BD Athletics great! GO PATRIOTS!!!

Athletic Booster Events
Each year the Athletic Booster Club provides a significant amount of money and goods to our student-athletes, our coaches, our sports fields and courts, and our school. Educational athletics would not exist in its current standing if it were not for the BD Boosters! The Athletic Booster’s sponsor three large events each year to continue their work for kids—the Golf Outing, the Euchre Tournament, and the 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament.
Golf Outing: The golf outing is held each year in May. Teams from all across southern Michigan come together to play 18 holes of golf, participate in a silent auction, have dinner, and see our student athletes as they take to the course to sell miscellaneous items and run hole events. This is one of our biggest events of the year and a wonderful time is had by all!
The BD Athletic Boosters sponsors a golf outing every year. If you would like to get a team together to participate it is always a fun day to help support all the athletes at BD. We can only take 30 teams so get your team registered as soon as possible. Attached is the registration form for teams as well as a donation letter if you would rather make a donation or know of a business that would sponsor this event.
Euchre Tournament: The euchre tournament is held in February at the Deerfield Legion. The tournament is an evening event that results in lots of friendship and fun. This non-competitive evening offers a chance for any player to enjoy—even those learning the game! Come out and bring your quarters!
3-on-3 Basketball Tournament: Kids of all ages (elementary-high school) travel to Britton Deerfield each year to enjoy this fast-paced, action packed day! Team competition breaks mid-day for a 3 point contest, free throw contest and some great concession stand goodies! We also offer shirt sales to commemorate the event and trophy’s for our winners in each division and contest! This is a highly anticipated event each and every year!
Concessions: The Athletic Boosters work to ensure we have a great selection of concession stand food and goodies at every athletic event. Parents can earn reductions in their child’s Pay to Participate costs each season by working the concession stands at home events. Each sport season, a sign up is placed on the school website and the BD Athletic Boosters Facebook page. We are always in need of more help! Please be sure to sign-up quickly so we have coverage for every event.
